A seasoned entrepreneur, David Cervero has spent over two decades turning ideas into successful businesses. After selling his first startup in 2003, he transitioned from finance to hospitality, leading operations at Ash Creek Saloon, where he tripled sales, launched a catering division, and brought national exposure through ESPN’s World Rib Eating Championship. As an operating partner with the team behind Thataway Café, Sundown Saloon, The Beach House, and The Beach Café, David discovered his passion for branding and creative development. Since then, he has led dozens of successful rebranding and hospitality projects across New England. In addition to overseeing The Consultancy, LLC and HBSG, LLC, he also serves as an operating partner at LOCO Catering Group and M&D Hospitality. He is active in local philanthropy and community development and resides in Newtown, CT, with his wife and daughter.

In 1985, he took charge of River Bend Center, Omega’s 40-acre office park development in Stamford, coordinating its financing, leasing, and construction of 12 buildings totaling more than 600,000 square feet. His real estate expertise expanded through multiple high-profile projects, including the redevelopment of a 20-acre former British Steel brownfield site in northern England—secured with over $5 million in government grants—and the acquisition and renovation of 100,000 square feet of medical and professional office space in Stamford. After owning a celebrated pizzeria in Poughkeepsie, he broadened his expertise by opening and managing locations for Outback Steakhouse, Chopt Creative Salad Co., and The Meatball Shop. Drawing on that corporate experience, Vince went on to create and operate many of Connecticut’s most innovative and award-winning restaurant concepts. He has owned, designed, and built more than 30 restaurants, blending his culinary vision with deep experience in construction and interior design. In his current chapter, Vince focuses on consulting and real estate, helping clients realize their own hospitality dreams. Outside of work, he enjoys long drives in the country, walks on the beach, cooking and developing recipes, gardening, designing outdoor spaces, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Marty McCarthy is a lifelong Connecticut resident who grew up in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport and now resides in Fairfield. A former two-term Bridgeport City Council member, Marty has also served on multiple boards, including Side by Side Charter School in Norwalk, condominium associations, and several community organizations. He brings over two decades of entrepreneurial experience across construction, restaurant ownership, and real estate, and has been a licensed Connecticut Realtor for 17 years, actively investing in and advising real estate portfolios. Deeply committed to community service, Marty is a longtime youth coach and sponsor, an active Freemason and Shriner, and a supporter of Shriners Children’s Hospital and other charitable causes. He has a strong background in public service, including six years as a volunteer firefighter in Fairfield, and remains passionate about live music, boating on Long Island Sound, and giving back to the communities he calls home.
